Chapelwood offers this to each person we encounter and strives to bring people to Christ as the author of that new beginning. God wants everyone to have a relationship with Him.
Real & Transparent People: Our church is made up of people who are just like you. We don’t have all of the answers to life, but are experiencing every day together. We are welcoming, friendly, open, available, loving and so much more.

Children Love Us: Children are a very precious part of our lives and are extremely important to God. Their spiritual growth and safety are some of our top priorities. Each worker who comes in contact with our children here has had a background check and a desire to see children grow. PowerUp offers a holistic approach to the spiritual growth our children from worship and spiritual growth to caring for others and sharing abotu Jesus.
Students & Young Adults Fit In: There is great concern for the next generation and current generation of students and young adults and how fast they are disassociating themselves with the church. At Chapelwood, we are trying to confront this concern head on by offering an environment that is modern and relevant to the needs of these generations. We are a place for adults and families as well as a place for students and young adults!
Casual & Welcoming: Just as you try to be comfortable in your home, we try to make things comfortable at Chapelwood. We aren't worried about what people wear or anything like that. Wear jeans, t-shirts, tennis shoes or whatever; you’re welcome here.

Do I have to be a member to attend?
No, we welcome everyone to our worship services. We want to make sure that everyone has a relevant and meaningful worship experience with us regardless of whether they are a member or not.
What denomination is the church?
Chapelwood is a Southern Baptist affiliated church that operates independently of any denominational control. By partnering with Southern Baptists for missions and other world-wide ministry efforts, we are able to offer not only our community, but other communities a culturally relevant worship experience as laid out in God’s Word.
Do you have something for everyone?
Yes. We are developing activities and training programs for children, teens, young adults, other adults and families.
Will I be asked to give money?
No. Giving is an act of worship for believers. You are welcome to give an offering but are not expected to.
What is your worship service like?
Worship is a celebration of our daily lives and relationship with God. Our music style is modern, relevant and focused on God’s glory.
